Delete your Kesho account

You can permanently close your account from the Kesho mobile app. If you cannot access the app, you can send us a deletion request from this public page.

1

Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way to close an account you can still access.

  1. 1Sign in to the Kesho mobile app and open Profile.
  2. 2Scroll to the account actions and select Delete account.
  3. 3Review the warning and confirm deletion. Kesho will sign you out after the account is anonymized.

Before you delete

Close or settle all open demo or real positions and wait for any pending deposits, withdrawals, or payouts to finish. If an eligible real-money balance remains, withdraw or settle it first. These safeguards prevent loss of funds and preserve market accounting.

2

Request deletion without app access

If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, contact our privacy team. You do not need to reinstall Kesho.

Send your request to

admin@kesho.trade

Use the subject “Kesho account deletion request.” Send from the email linked to your account when possible. Include the account email or linked phone number so we can locate the correct account.

We will verify that you own the account before acting on the request. We may ask for limited additional information if the details you provide are not enough to verify ownership.

Never send us your password, one-time sign-in code, payment PIN, or full financial details.
