How Kesho Labs, Inc. collects, uses, and protects personal information.

Who we are
Kesho Labs, Inc. ("Kesho", "we", "us") operates Kesho. Our mailing address is 1388 Haight St, San Francisco, CA. Contact us at admin@kesho.trade.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us, including your email address, display name, mobile-money number, support messages, and information needed to process a payment. We also collect account, session, device, IP-address, activity, market-order, position, deposit, withdrawal, and transaction records. If you use Google sign-in, we receive the account information Google provides, such as your verified email, name, and profile image.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide demo features and, only where lawfully available, payment and trading features; process transactions; prevent fraud and abuse; resolve markets and challenges; communicate with you; maintain our systems; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information for money.
Service providers and disclosures
We use processors that support the service: Neon for our PostgreSQL database; Google for optional sign-in; Resend for transactional email; Neda Labs/nTZS for payment and mobile-money services when enabled; Ably for real-time market updates; Upstash for rate limiting; Cloudflare R2 for market-image storage and delivery; and Vercel for hosting and operations. We may disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or a successor in a corporate transaction where legally required or appropriate. Providers may process data outside your country.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the account and service, protect against fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping duties. Financial and market records may need to be kept after an account is closed. We will publish a more specific retention schedule before any real-money launch.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information by emailing admin@kesho.trade. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. California residents may have rights to know, correct, delete, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and opt out of sale or sharing. Kesho does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may appeal a privacy-request decision by replying to our response within 30 days.
Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Kesho is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
